Job Description

Live Transfer & Appointment Setter Representative (AUDIO OR VIDEO CLIP REQUIRED)

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM CST – 7:00 PM CST (multiple full-time shifts available)
Pay: $15/hour ($600/week), paid weekly on Fridays
Training: Full training provided

About the Role

We’re hiring a motivated Live Transfer & Appointment Setter Rep to support our fast-growing insurance sales team. In this position, you will make high-volume outbound calls to Medicare, dental, final expense, and other health insurance leads.

Your goal is simple: quickly and professionally connect qualified prospects to a licensed sales agent through live transfers or scheduled appointments.

This is a performance-driven role that requires energy, consistency, and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Place 200–300 outbound calls per day to Medicare and health insurance leads.
  • Pre-Qualification: Ask short, scripted questions to confirm basic eligibility and interest.
  • Live Transfers: Transfer qualified prospects immediately to an available sales agent.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments when no sales agent is available for a live transfer.
  • Script Adherence: Follow the call script closely to ensure a consistent client experience.
  • CRM Notes: Log accurate call notes and appointment details in the CRM after every interaction.
  • Professional Communication: Speak clearly, confidently, and respectfully with every prospect.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong, clear, fluent English.
    • You must be easy to understand on the phone.
    • Your speech should be professional, well-paced, and grammatically correct.
    • Clear communication is essential for success in this role.
  • Sales or customer service experience (Medicare/health insurance experience is a plus but not required).
  • CRM experience (Preferred, but not required).
  • Reliable remote setup:
    • High-speed internet (100+ Mbps preferred)
    • Headset
    • Quiet, distraction-free workspace

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with live transfers, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound dialing.
  • Familiarity with Medicare, dental, final expense, or related insurance products.
