KWAZULU-NATAL REGION

Post 1: Practitioner – Human Capital Management

  • Salary: R397 116.00 – R467 790.00 per annum (excluding benefits)
  • Location: Pietermaritzburg District Office
  • Reference No: SAS15/2025

Minimum Requirements:

  • B Degree and/or 3-year tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related studies
  • Minimum of 480 credits (NQF Level 7) or 360 credits (NQF Level 6) as recognised by SAQA
  • 2–3 years’ experience in Human Capital Management
  • Knowledge of Oracle system
  • Computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s licence

Duties:

  • Assist with personnel provisioning and maintenance
  • Coordinate generic training interventions
  • Coordinate study aid processes
  • Facilitate and coordinate Wellness Policies implementation
  • Coordinate Performance Management processes
  • Assist with Labour Relations coordination and resource management

Employment Equity Targets:

  • 3rd Preference: African Male / Coloured Male


Post 2: Administration Clerk – Administrative Support Services

  • Salary: R228 321.00 – R268 950.00 per annum (excluding benefits)
  • Location: Lamontville Local Office
  • Reference No: SAS16/2025

Minimum Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate
  • 0–1 year working experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s licence (successful candidate will be expected to drive)

Duties:

  • Keep log book of pool vehicles and ensure maintenance
  • Maintain asset register
  • Check completeness of leave forms and HR documents
  • Maintain filing system aligned to SASSA master file plan
  • Open and close files
  • Represent the Local Office in meetings, forums and committees
  • Assist with meetings, events and awareness campaigns
  • Obtain quotations and compile Comparative Schedules
  • Order items, check and book receipts
  • Arrange payment of invoices
  • Ensure compliance with PFMA (Section 57, Chapter 6, Part 3)
