The South African Weather Service (SAWS) hereby invites applications for a one-year Internship
Programme.
South African Weather Service has the following internship opportunities:
- Internship -ICT
- Internship – Marine
- Internship: Climate Services
- Internship: Finance
- Internship: Technical Services
- Internship: Marketing
- Internship: Human Capital Management
Applicants must comply with the following requirements:
- Submit detailed CV with all necessary information (i.e., Address and DOB)
- Applicant to attach academic transcript on the Recruitment Portal.
- Applicant must be 18 – 35 years of age.
- An applicant must have been unemployed and with no work experience
Interns will be placed at the SAWS Centurion Head office. Successful candidates will be responsible for their own transport to the office. The SAWS will pay a monthly stipend of R6 500.00.
Successful candidates will be required to enter into an Internship Agreement with SAWS for a duration
of twelve months. There will be no obligation to employ the intern on completion of the Programme.
