Job Description
To provide a high level of service to Customers, SBIB provincial offices, SBSA branches, Underwriters by resolving insurance policy queries on Assurance products according to business needs, to facilitate the development of customer loyalty through customer relationship management and to consistently portray a corporate image.
Qualifications
- Matric , Diploma or Degree
- Must be FAIS compliant – 150 credits in respective long-term categories
- Must have RE5.
- Must be computer literate.
- Insurance Institute or insurance qualification.
Experience Required
- 2 – 5 Years Call Centre experience preferably in the Long-Term Insurance Category.
- Must have a minimum of 2 – 5 years’ experience in a claims environment.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to commit to working overtime if deemed necessary.
- Must have a consistent customer-centric ethic and be highly persuasive.
- Must be accurate and analytical, decisive, assertive, and confident, Must be fair and ethical, High integrity level, reliable, and responsible, Must be proactive and use initiative, Must be a team player and have respect for others, Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to influence at all levels both internally and externally.
