Job Description
We are looking for a strong individual to manage finance reconciliation on service providers to the MiHelp space. The role will include settlement of accounts and payment validations and to ensure that payments are processed on time. The successful candite will need audit invoices and address discrepancies ensuring that invoices and payment are correct and paid on time.
Minimum Qualification Required
- Matric qualification
- Administration qualification
- Finance Administration or similar
Minimum Experience
- 1 year Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant, or similar role
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
- Finance Reconciliation
- Reporting
- Identify and address account discrepancies.
- Manage and keep updated spreadsheets of transactions.
