Key Purpose
To manage shifts for the efficient execution of T1 and T2 load plans to meet both internal and external customer service levels.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Inventory Counts
- Perform and lead daily inventory counts
- Identify and resolve inventory count variances using problem-solving tools
- Improve Inventory Accuracy KPI
- Ensure First Expiry First Out (FEFO) through management tools
- Ensure accurate material movement tracking in SAP
Layout Implementation
- Ensure layout compliance in areas like Empties, Refusals, Order Picking, Repack, and Finished Goods
Quality Standards
- Manage and track warehouse cleanliness, pest control adherence, cross-contamination risks, daily temperature logs, and product exposure
- Ensure 75% compliance with Global Warehouse GOP
- Implement a Location-Based Inventory System
- Enforce inventory blocking standards
- Conduct product quality induction programmes
- Align repacking operations with quality standards
Picking Standards
- Enforce standard picking procedures
- Track and improve picking accuracy and productivity
Productivity & Capacity
- Ensure 75% compliance with Labour Productivity GOP
- Allocate labour activities using the SKAP tool
Warehouse Management
- Implement and improve 5S practices
- Design and communicate business processes (SLA, KPIs, etc.)
- Develop and validate SOPs
- Conduct team meetings to improve performance
- Use tools like 5 WHY, SIC, PDCA, OPLs, etc., to resolve issues
- Cascade and monitor individual KPIs and PIs
Safe Warehouse Practices
- Maintain a safe warehouse environment
- Track and improve loading/unloading KPIs such as TCT, baytime utilization, and Hl/man hour

Minimum Requirements
- 3-year diploma/degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years experience in warehouse or logistics
- High computer literacy (MS Office, OASIS, handheld devices)
- SAP proficiency
