Area of Specialization:


To establish and maintain customer relationships and stakeholder expectations by informing, negotiating, and promoting public awareness of Eskom Transmission business. This includes liaising between the Transmission Grid, internal and external stakeholders, fostering respect for Eskom assets, and raising safety awareness on electricity supply.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

  • National Diploma in Marketing / Finance / Commerce / Engineering / Social Science / Business Management / Customer Service (NQF 6, 240 Credits)

Experience:

  • 3 years’ experience in Lines and Servitudes Inspections
  • Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders, especially in communications and public administration
