Requirements

Grade 10 certificate (or equivalent)

1–3 years’ experience in driver/messenger services

Valid, unexpired driver’s license

Knowledge of:

Driving services and vehicle operation

Government policies, circulars, and PFMA basics

Basic literacy (reading and writing)

Financial management procedures

Skills: Good communication, interpersonal relations, client orientation, customer service, accountability, and ethical conduct

Duties

Operate and maintain light motor vehicles

Conduct inspections and clean pool vehicles

Maintain and update vehicle logbooks

Ensure proper storage of vehicles

Collect and deliver documents, papers, and official correspondence

Transport officials to and from various destinations

Perform other related driver/messenger tasks as required
