Job Description

BMW Vereeniging currently holds a vacancy for an Admin Assistant: Sales.

The successful candidates will be responsible for getting quotes from Suppliers for relevant repairs/ services on vehicles and obtaining best prices and value for money. The candidate will have to maintain the vehicles and follow up on vehicles that are out for repairs/ services.

The candidate will have to ensure that the vehicles are prepared for deliveries / showroom, to name a few.

Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Specifications for these positions will be discussed if a candidate is invited for an interview.

The responsibilities of a Sales Executive include the following tasks:

  • Prepare Vehicles for deliveries / showroom
  • Getting quotes from Suppliers for relevant repairs/ services on vehicles and obtaining best prices and value for money.
  • Follow up on vehicles out for repairs/services
  • Prepare Vehicles for deliveries / showroom
  • Getting quotes from Suppliers for relevant repairs/ services on vehicles
  • Maintaining vehicles
  • Must be able to see paint work quality and visual repairs needed
  • Must be able to put systems in place
  • Keep the MOTUS website updated on Used Vehicles for the dealership etc.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications and Experience needed:

  • Matric
  • Limited Technical knowledge
  • Experience in EXCEL is a pre-requisite
  • Website knowledge, advantageous
  • Familiar with used cars and used car practices

Skills and Personal Attributes

Minimum required:

  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers
  • Computer Literate
  • Deadline driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team
