Job Purpose
To promote the sale of insurance products, ensure compliance with insurance legislation, and support contract retention while mitigating costs and protecting the company from reputational risk associated with vicarious liability claims.
The role also involves delivering excellent service and maintaining client relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
- Financial management qualification (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing policies for three FSPs in the Group:
- Umsuka Wemali Finance
- Fidelity Risk
- Fidelity Cash Solutions
- Source, place, and manage Group insurance policies
- Provide client service for Project Optimise in partnership with Telesure
- Maintain compliance with insurance-related legislation
- Handle liability claims through London underwriters
- Request and forward necessary documents to/from branches, clients, legal, and billing/credit control
- Update the ICBM claims management system
- Perform general office and ad-hoc duties within the insurance department
