Overview:
playTSOGO is expanding its team and is offering an exciting opportunity for experienced customer service professionals. Training will be provided to ensure your success in the Call Centre environment.

Role Responsibilities:
The successful Call Centre Agent will:
- Provide support to customers via Live Chat and Emails
- Guide customers through the online platform and assist them in using services and products
- Deliver a personalized customer experience to promote brand loyalty
- Correctly escalate issues to the relevant internal teams
- Deliver prepared scripts to welcome new customers and explain onboarding processes and promotions
- Liaise with departments such as Marketing and Finance to resolve customer queries
- Navigate multiple systems and websites efficiently
- Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Handle both outbound and inbound calls as a multi-skilled agent
- Understand and communicate client needs effectively
- Build strong product knowledge of services offered
- Demonstrate customer focus and adaptability to various personality types
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Customer service experience in a Casino or iGaming environment is advantageous
