Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Stores Data Capturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing and inputting data into our inventory management system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all stock transactions, and assisting with general stores management duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately capture and input data into the inventory management system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock transactions
- Assist in performing regular stock counts
- Assist with receiving and dispatching of stock
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the stores area
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Stores Manager
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data capturing or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
