Total Package (incl. benefits): R376,906.60 per annum
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Computer Literacy Certificate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Driver’s License (advantageous)
- 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience within local government
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong administrative, secretarial, and diary management skills
- Typing and writing proficiency
- Ability to manage conflict, stress, and problem-solving
- Knowledge of the motor vehicle industry
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle general administration for the Electrical Section
- Draft and file correspondence and reports
- Perform accurate typing for the Superintendent / Foreman
- Manage telephone calls and service-related complaints
- Process leave administration
- Support section heads with delegated tasks
- Perform ad hoc duties as required by management
