Job Title: Government Cleaner
Location: Various Government Departments across all 9 Provinces
Salary: R138,486 per annum (Level 02) plus benefits

Overview:
Government departments across South Africa are seeking reliable and committed individuals to join as Government Cleaners. You will play a crucial role in ensuring offices and public service facilities are hygienic, safe, and welcoming for both staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and meeting areas
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Clean mirrors, windows, and glass surfaces
- Keep hallways, staircases, and lobbies clean
- Follow cleaning procedures and health/safety protocols
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 9 or ABET qualification
- Prior cleaning experience is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good attention to detail
- Physical stamina for manual labor
- Knowledge of cleaning tools and products
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
