MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- To provide appropriate business information to SMMEs and aspiring
- entrepreneurs by determining requirements, answering inquiries,
- giving basic business development advice, referring clients to
- relevant stakeholders and maintaining client information on the
- Seda national information Centre database
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Provide information and advisory services to Seda clients
- Participate in information dissemination at Seda’s promotional events
- Keep abreast of Seda services and offerings
- Provide relevant Seda stakeholders with client information from client/caller database
- Perform administrative activities relating Call Centre
Required Minimum Qualification
- Matric (NQF Level 4) and Diploma (NQF Level 5/ 12 months
- Certificate) in Information Sciences/Business Management /Business Administrator/Marketing
Required Minimum Work Experience
- 3 – 4 years in enterprise development environment and customer service experience
Able to demonstrate:
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of small enterprise development sector
- Knowledge of Seda offerings and services will be an added advantage
- Knowledge and ability to capture data
- Knowledge and ability to retrieve electronic information
- Knowledge and ability to operate computer programmes (MS Word.
- Excel and PowerPoint)
