Purpose of the Job:

To provide professional reception and administrative support services, including receiving visitors, managing incoming calls, and performing general office administrative functions.


Application Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Code B driver’s license is advantageous
  • Must be willing to undergo vetting and allow fingerprinting (at applicant’s own cost)

Primary Functions:

  • Perform daily administrative and reception duties
  • Typing and documentation
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing correspondence and phone calls
  • Organise visitor parking and boardroom bookings
  • Receive clients and coordinate their appointments
  • Photocopying, filing, and routine computer work
  • Liaise with the department’s Registration Section
  • Take minutes of meetings when required
