What You’ll Do

  • Manage diaries, calendars, scheduling, and reminders
  • Track payments and important deadlines
  • Review contracts with high attention to detail
  • Assist with HR administration and employee contracts
  • Schedule and coordinate board meetings
  • Prepare, update, sign, and manage documents
  • Maintain spreadsheets and admin trackers
  • Provide general administrative support across both organisations

(Training and guidance on systems and document standards will be provided.)


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a PA, Administrator, or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially with contracts
  • Tech-savvy (spreadsheets, digital tools, e-sign platforms)
  • Highly organised, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and takes initiative
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable supporting both NPO and digital agency environments
