RecruitMyMom is recruiting a Part-Time Personal Assistant & Administrator to provide reliable, detail-focused remote support to a purpose-led NPO and a fast-moving digital agency. This role suits an organised, proactive professional who enjoys structure, variety, and being the dependable “right hand” behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Manage diaries, calendars, scheduling, and reminders
- Track payments and important deadlines
- Review contracts with high attention to detail
- Assist with HR administration and employee contracts
- Schedule and coordinate board meetings
- Prepare, update, sign, and manage documents
- Maintain spreadsheets and admin trackers
- Provide general administrative support across both organisations
(Training and guidance on systems and document standards will be provided.)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PA, Administrator, or Executive Assistant
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with contracts
- Tech-savvy (spreadsheets, digital tools, e-sign platforms)
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Proactive, solution-focused, and takes initiative
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable supporting both NPO and digital agency environments
