Job Purpose

 

 

 

To provide accurate and quality business administrative support to internal and external stakeholders, enabling Nedbank to meet its business goals.

 

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and process administration and vendor invoice requests in relevant systems.
  • Perform reconciliations by comparing supplier invoices and general ledger accounts.
  • Support sales completion and compile a cost-based service catalogue.
  • Monitor and manage transfer pricing for service cost recovery.
  • Use MIS to evaluate vendor services and manage costs.
  • Analyze financial performance and support budget planning.
  • Reduce risk through accurate processing and reporting.
  • Provide stakeholders with timeous and accurate reports and feedback.
  • Respond to queries within SLA timelines.
  • Monitor task completion, ensure compliance with FICA and Nedbank policies.
  • Prepare meeting packs and maintain admin/legal records.
  • Escalate data anomalies to management.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation and banking industry trends.
  • Demonstrate Nedbank’s values in stakeholder engagements.
  • Pursue personal development and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Support corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Recommend improvements to systems, processes, and policies.

 

 


Minimum Requirements

  • Essential Qualification:
    • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Preferred Qualification:
    • Diploma in Financial Management or Business Administration
  • Experience:
    • 1–3 years in an administrative role
    • Familiarity with banking and POS systems
    • Strong teamwork and attention to detail
