RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATOR

We require someone who is keen to further their career in the legal industry by completing a Paralegal qualification whilst employed and who will take full responsibility for their job requirements and commitment to completing the Paralegal qualification. You need to be a team player, be well-presented, professional and have excellent communication skills.


Preferred Requirements

  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification/s advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years Reception and Administration experience at another law firm (advantageous)
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Duties

  • Reception and switchboard operations
  • Receiving guests and ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy
  • Receiving and distributing legal documents served at the office
  • Handling deliveries from couriers and client collections
  • Keeping attendance of staff updated
  • Assisting in general administration tasks wherever needed within the office
  • Dead-file administration
  • Ordering and administration of office supplies
  • Making teas and coffees for clients if required


Permanent Position
Salary: Negotiable depending on relevant experience
Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged individuals.
