Job Description
This is a remote position.
A leading and rapidly growing company in the currency and FX solutions industry, is seeking a motivated Admin and Customer Support Assistant to join their dynamic team. This fully remote, full-time role involves engaging with existing customers via email and phone, providing assistance with platform-related inquiries, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. By building strong relationships and offering expert support, the Admin and Customer Support Assistant will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and helping clients maximize the benefits of the company’s FX solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing customers via email and calls, understanding their needs and providing efficient and effective solutions.
- Present the services effectively, highlighting how to help customers achieve significant savings with their currency and FX solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven track record in customer support and administrative roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and understand client needs.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in banking, finance, FX industries or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM and video conferencing tools. (Training will be provided, but some knowledge of these tools, or similar ones, would be beneficial).
