Job Overview

We are looking for remote agents to assist with disaster relief efforts on an as-needed basis. The role requires handling customer service inquiries during challenging times. Agents will be contacted via email and text when needed.

Work Hours:

8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET

Shifts: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with service inquiries
  • Learn and apply customer service techniques
  • Improve customer experiences
  • Use service techniques and systems effectively
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to the appropriate channels

Candidate Qualifications

Required:

  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 20+ words per minute
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
