Brief Description
The main purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Divisional Heads of the FCSD within the Prudential Authority.
Key Performance Areas
- Plan and coordinate supervisory calendars
- Arrange internal and external meetings
- Welcome clients from reception
- Organize parking, catering/refreshments, and prepare agendas and meeting packs
- Set up venues before meetings (projector, laptop, refreshments)
- Take and distribute meeting minutes; follow up on action items
- Maintain and coordinate key documents (e.g., operational risk assessments, FSAP assessments)
- Provide general office administration (scanning, ERP requests, filing)
- Arrange and coordinate travel for Divisional Heads and teams
- Complete claims and related documentation after official trips
- Provide backup support to other Personal Assistants as needed
Job Requirements
- A National Diploma in Administration or equivalent (NQF 6)
- 2–5 years of experience as an Administrator, Personal Assistant, or similar role

- Ability to multi-task for several Divisional Heads
- Ability to work under pressure and outside standard hours
- Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Team-oriented and goal-driven
