Key Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and load theatre preference cards and templates
- Support accurate e-billing, case management, and theatre registers
- Monitor Impilo Dashboard and resolve billing or system errors
- Manual billing capture for stock and equipment
- Assist with consignment stock, loan sets, cycle counts, and stock takes
- Manage stock variance reports with relevant stakeholders
- Act as a system super-user for troubleshooting and support
- Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Experience in billing and/or stock management
- Theatre nursing or clinical environment experience (advantageous)
- Strong administration, stock control, and computer skills
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
