Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and load theatre preference cards and templates
  • Support accurate e-billing, case management, and theatre registers
  • Monitor Impilo Dashboard and resolve billing or system errors
  • Manual billing capture for stock and equipment
  • Assist with consignment stock, loan sets, cycle counts, and stock takes
  • Manage stock variance reports with relevant stakeholders
  • Act as a system super-user for troubleshooting and support
  • Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • Experience in billing and/or stock management
  • Theatre nursing or clinical environment experience (advantageous)
  • Strong administration, stock control, and computer skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
