Responsibilities and Duties
- Check the quality of work done
- Check the quality of completed work
- Oversee admin duties
- Service delivery to Customers
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Oversee workmanship of artisans / technicians
- Handling of warranty claims
- Allocating daily duties to artisans / technicians

Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Red Seal)
- Experience as a Workshop Foreman
- Knowledge of New Holland tractors (advantageous)
- Production orientated
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to comply with deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain good relationships with assessors and clients
