Job Description
- Process baggage and passenger liability claims;
- Process non-aviation insurance claims: lost / damaged company property, motor accidents, group personal accident and travel insurance claims;
- Process aviation related insurance claims;
- Administer the company’s non-aviation insurance renewal.

Job Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential);
- Minimum of 3 years claims administration experience in a mid-size organisation (Essential);
- Aviation and insurance related experience (Beneficial);
- Willingness to work extended hours (including weekends) as and when required;
- Willingness to travel as and when required.
