Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair has a vacancy for a Legal Claims Administrator at our head office in Bonaero Park. The successful applicant will report to the Executive Manager: Legal.

Job Description

  • Process baggage and passenger liability claims;
  • Process non-aviation insurance claims: lost / damaged company property, motor accidents, group personal accident and travel insurance claims;
  • Process aviation related insurance claims;
  • Administer the company’s non-aviation insurance renewal.

Job Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential);
  • Minimum of 3 years claims administration experience in a mid-size organisation (Essential);
  • Aviation and insurance related experience (Beneficial);
  • Willingness to work extended hours (including weekends) as and when required;
  • Willingness to travel as and when required.
