Position: Returnable Packing Washer (X4)
Main Purpose:
Ensure proper sorting, washing, and preparation (building) of packing for daily production.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sort and clean (wash) all returnable packaging daily.
- Remove labels and foreign objects from packaging before issuing it to production.
- Conduct visual quality checks for damages on all packaging.
- Operate various packaging equipment (e.g., case erector, partition inserter, top sealer).
- Use tools/equipment such as a pressure cleaner and heat gun.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow health and safety instructions.
- Report any quality and food safety risks in the production environment.
- Ensure awareness of Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, and Health & Safety Management.
- Keep general work areas tidy and organized.
- Perform additional AD-HOC duties as required.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- Forklift license.
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Flexible work availability.
- High cleanliness standards for machines and work areas.
- Ability to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously.
