Job Description:
MTN is undergoing a transformational phase requiring operational and commercial excellence. This position supports delivery in a dynamic telecommunications landscape, considering global workforce practices, legal environments, and evolving industry challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Access Management:
Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning for Oracle Fusion (manual and automatic).
Execute access requests via ticketing tools, applying SOD rules.
Update OpCo auto-allocation rules post risk assessments.
Access Certifications:
Support planning and execution with OPCOs/GPLs.
Assist with analysis and removal of access based on certifications.
Incident and Request Management:
First-level support for user provisioning and incident resolution.
Triage and escalate to third- or fourth-level support where necessary.
Create and maintain FAQ documentation.
Ensure timely responses and identify areas for operational efficiency.
Conduct research and trend analysis.
User Manual Updates:
- Update documentation for:
- User management (cloud/on-premise)
- Auto-allocation
- Ticketing
- FAQs/knowledge repository
Compliance Management:
Support internal/external audits with evidence and inputs.
Help implement corrective actions from audit outcomes.
IT General Controls (ITGCs):
Provide audit assurance documentation.
Support for GRC, Budgeting, and TPM:
Provide financial operations support and input to budget cycles.
Participate in self-development and training.
Governance Reporting and Integration:
Provide data for MTN governance reports and forums.
Engage with stakeholders at group and OpCo level.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build relationships with OpCos and MTN group functions to drive GRC objectives.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum 3-year diploma in IT, Finance, or Risk Management
Fluent in English; capable of simplifying complex solutions
Experience:
At least 2 years in risk management/compliance/provisioning
Telecom, Finance, or Insurance experience preferred
Experience in multinational and cross-cultural environments advantageous
ERP and cloud experience preferred
