Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high availability for customer inquiries
- Perform pre-defined technical and administrative support tasks
- Process incoming orders and service requests
- Manage and file client information
- Escalate complex issues to Service Technicians/Engineers
- Collaborate with clients and sales reps to clarify orders and resolve issues
- Assist with commercial and technical problem-solving
- Support customer solution development and post-sales operations
- Aid the Area Service Manager with resource planning
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Customer service experience (advantageous)
- South African citizen
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Works well independently and in teams
- Ability to manage dynamic workloads in a fast-paced environment
