Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high availability for customer inquiries
  • Perform pre-defined technical and administrative support tasks
  • Process incoming orders and service requests
  • Manage and file client information
  • Escalate complex issues to Service Technicians/Engineers
  • Collaborate with clients and sales reps to clarify orders and resolve issues
  • Assist with commercial and technical problem-solving

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Customer service experience (advantageous)
  • South African citizen
  • Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Works well independently and in teams
  • Ability to manage dynamic workloads in a fast-paced environment
