Purpose Statement

To administer and oversee the operationalisation of a function and related processes within Client Care, Business Bank, holding responsibility for administrative and operational support, planning, execution and oversight of the relevant tasks, processes, activities and resources.

Experience

  • At least 1yr administration/processing experience preferably in banking and a client service environment
  • Of applying FICA requirements
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders  and dealing with 3rd party service providers
  • Accurately checking and processing detailed information
  • Executing components, processes and resources necessary for effective and efficient administration

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

Knowledge

  • Working in an environment of repetitive tasks
  • FICA regulatory requirements (portfolio dependant)
  • Client/service principles and practice: customer focused
  • Administration and document management practices
  • Quality checking and control 
  • General office systems, tools, practices and processes
