Duties:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the office.
- Design and maintain a well-organized administrative system.
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks in support of line functionaries.
- Draft correspondence to other organizations and State departments.
- Liaise with Corporate Services regarding administrative functions.
- Provide administrative support to legal staff (finance, logistics, HR).
- Handle mail delivery, photocopying, faxing, receiving and dispatching documents.
- Offer efficient administrative services within the Cluster.

- Good report-writing, verbal and written communication skills.

- Analytical skills, document administration, and task time management.
- Ability to act independently.
Duties:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the office.
- Maintain a well-organized administrative system.
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Provide support to staff in HR, finance, procurement, and logistics.
