Introduction

Cure Day Hospitals is a dynamic and energetic company that is expanding rapidly, with fourteen (14) operational hospitals. We are looking for a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team at the Head Office in Erasmuskloof, Pretoria.


Key Outputs

  • Efficiently manage all reception and front-office functions, including answering, directing, and forwarding calls.
  • Handle email correspondence, including website enquiries, ensuring queries are directed to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with ordering and reconciling office supplies (stationery, paper, cartridges, groceries, and water).
  • Support the CFO with daily office needs such as preparing refreshments, printing, filing, scanning, and processing reconciliations and invoices.
  • Assist the Marketing Department with stock management: receiving, storing, monthly stocktaking, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Assist the HR Department with scheduling interviews, contacting applicants, sending confirmation emails, and updating interview calendars.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and assist with administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure invoices and reconciliations are correctly processed and submitted to Finance within deadlines.
  • Provide general office support to management and departments to ensure smooth operations.


Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or office support will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in handling documents and reconciliations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach when dealing with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
