Job Advert Summary

  • To Administer (the Integrated SHE Management System Databases)
  • To administer all SHE related documents
  • Ensure continious updated risk related information
  • Manage and maintain easy accessible filing systems
  • Plan and diarise all SHE related trainings, Risk Assessments, Audits and meetings
  • Administer Access control system and procedure

Minimum Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

  • Grade 12
  • Diploma/National Diploma in Safety Management or related qualifications (Added Advantage)
  • Valid Code (B) driver’s licence
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes

MINIMUM REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years Safety, Health, Environmental and Risk related experience
  • Knowledge of Isometrix and SharePoint (Added Advantage)
  • Knowledge of SHERQ standard system requirements
  • Knowledge in SHE Legislation

DELIVERABLES

  • Provide Isometrix and SHERQ related SharePoint Training as required
  • Ensure all SHERQ system related documentation is up to date and electronically available.
  • Ensure effective filing system (electronically and guidance for site hard copy filing) for records
  • Conduct site SHERQ Systems audits
  • Assist and support with preparation for external audits where required
  • Physical Plant Inspections, report writing, client feedback and follow up to closure
  • Assist with Requisitions
  • Correspondence with Authorities

KPI’s

  • Administer Isometrix / SHERQ SharePoint Interfaces
  • Support to PPC Group as Group Administrator relieve when required
