Key Purpose of the Role
To investigate, validate, and assess motor and non-motor claims in line with Discovery Insure policy contracts, ensuring accurate outcomes and fair decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Validate motor and non-motor claims within approved mandates
- Compile accurate reports with findings and recommendations
- Quantify losses and support claims resolution processes
- Liaise with brokers, clients, and service providers
- Provide back-office support to claims consultants
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong analytical and investigation skills
- Negotiation and conflict-handling ability
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Interviewing and reporting skills
Education Requirements
- Matric (Essential)
- Discovery Insure Assessor Development Programme (Advantageous)
- Relevant Degree (Advantageous)
Minimum Experience
- 3+ years motor and non-motor short-term insurance experience (Essential)
- 1+ year claims investigation experience outside Discovery Insure (Advantageous)
