Key Purpose of the Role

To provide day-to-day HR administration support to the Discovery Health Business Unit, as well as assist with recruitment activities and ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Recruitment Administration
  • HR Administration
  • Reporting
  • Data Capturing
  • Filing
  • Project Administration
  • Acting as an ambassador for Discovery Health Performance Services

Qualification Requirements

  • Matric (minimum 50% for English)
  • Completed N6 in Human Resources at a TVET College (within the last 18 months)

Specific Requirements

  • No previous internship or graduate programme in any industry or government institution
  • No prior work experience (Essential)
  • Age between 19 – 30 years (Essential)
  • Must be a South African Citizen by birth or naturalization before 27 April 1994
