Main Purpose of the Role

Receive and process inbound freight accurately and timeously, in line with work instructions.
Handle all inbound-related queries from customers.
Process buybacks from dealers.

Education: Matric (Grade 12) / Tertiary qualification(s)
Experience:
- 3+ years’ warehousing experience
- 1+ year administrative duties experience
- 6+ months SAP Warehouse Management System (excluding RF Scanner)
- 6+ months slotting and planning experience
Computer Literacy:
- Intermediate skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP WMS
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Other Skills:
- Analytical and problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication (internal & external)
- Ability to manage change
- Positive attitude, team player, flexible
- Time management

Arrange and book dealer buyback returns.
Process purchase orders and credit notes for buybacks.
Resolve dealer queries and follow up as needed.
Lead daily SPQRCE meetings.
Conduct spot checks on inbound processes.
Ensure Local & Air Freight is processed within 24 hours; Ocean Freight within 3 days.
Monitor pre-receiving and put-away timelines.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Prioritize and process bypass parts on time.
Process buyback returns within 3 working days.
Ensure backorders are processed promptly across all freight modes.
Record and claim discrepancies; report to management and clients.
Submit daily/weekly reports.
Keep receiving statuses, registers, and boards updated.
Send day-end, container KPI, extras, recshort, and recdam reports.
Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures.
