Role Title: Finance Administrator
Division: Hospital Division
Location: Netcare Milpark Hospital

The Hospital Finance Administrator will assist the Hospital Financial Accountant with various financial transactions. The key functions will include performing the credit control function accurately and the banking functions ensuring compliance to key banking controls to maintain a high level of financial integrity.
This individual will also assume responsibility for the hospital debtors, creditors and accounting functions.
This Hospital Finance Administrator will adhere to other required financial administrative functions and will work in consultation with all the relevant stakeholders to maintain good working relationships and fulfil work requests.
This individual will further assist the Hospital Financial Accountant in the achievement of divisional goals and maintaining compliance with the required financial standards.
Education
- Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification.
- Diploma in Accounting.
- Currently studying towards a financial qualification (e.g., Bookkeeping or Diploma in Accounting).
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in financial management or auditing.
Knowledge
- An intermediate to advanced level of Computer Literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Superior interpersonal skills (developing and maintaining positive relationships; communicating clearly and effectively with people at all levels with verbal and nonverbal communication; working with others to identify, define and solve problems).
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills: organised and structured with an exceptional attention to detail.
