Purpose of the Role

To design and deliver fit-for-purpose online learning content, with a strong focus on digital content and animation. This includes:

• Creating and implementing content development standards
• Ensuring consistency and quality across instructional content
• Managing the output of the Graphic Designer and Superuser Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with content development standards, governance, and guidelines
• Conduct quality assurance on all internal content development projects
• Track and report internal content development cost savings and external spend weekly
• Apply the ADDIE Model and involve internal stakeholders throughout development milestones
• Oversee assigned instructional design projects to ensure adherence to content guidelines

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience, including:
  • At least 2 years in instructional design using:
    • Articulate software
    • Adobe Creative Cloud (animation and illustrations)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
  • Graphic Design
  • E-learning Content Development
  • Content Design
  • Information Design
