Purpose of the Role
To design and deliver fit-for-purpose online learning content, with a strong focus on digital content and animation. This includes:
- Creating and implementing content development standards
- Ensuring consistency and quality across instructional content
- Managing the output of the Graphic Designer and Superuser Instructional Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with content development standards, governance, and guidelines
- Conduct quality assurance on all internal content development projects
- Track and report internal content development cost savings and external spend weekly
- Apply the ADDIE Model and involve internal stakeholders throughout development milestones
- Oversee assigned instructional design projects to ensure adherence to content guidelines

Minimum Requirements
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience, including:
- At least 2 years in instructional design using:
- Articulate software
- Adobe Creative Cloud (animation and illustrations)
- At least 2 years in instructional design using:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Graphic Design
- E-learning Content Development
- Content Design
- Information Design
