Job Description

Are you passionate about cars and the automotive industry?This is your chance to join a dynamic team in the automotive sector and kick-start your career! Motus aftermarket Parts is excited to offer a Learnership Program and  Internship program for individuals who are confident,enthusiastic,eager to develop their skills and gain real-world experience.You will be employed on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Position Overview

We are recruiting learners in the following fields:

  • Finance 
  • Admin
  • IT
  • Procurement and Product
  • Supply chain and logistics 
  • Marketing /Sales
  • Operations

Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Completed Grade12/ Matric 
  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Must be between the ages of 18 and 25
  • Not be registered on any other learnership/internship
  • Not be studying at any other institution and be available immediately 
  • The applicant must not have previously received funding from SETA.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Diploma 
  • Degree/Advanced diploma

  • Passion for the automotive industry
  • Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy in respect of office automation packages (Microsoft Office Suite) and internet
  • Ability to take initiative, work in a team under constant supervision.
  • The ability to prioritize, pay attention to detail and go the extra mile.
  • Sense of commitment, responsibility, and punctuality
  • Ability to work under pressure, and under strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English (Verbal and written)
  • Time Management
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
