NOW HIRING: WARD CLERK / STOCK CONTROLLER
Location: Life Entabeni Hospital – Trauma Unit

ROLE SUMMARY:
A position exists for a Ward Clerk/Stock Controller in the Trauma Unit. The successful candidate will coordinate administrative functions, manage trauma billing, and oversee surgical and ethical stock.
KEY DUTIES:
- Assist the Unit Manager with admin tasks
- Manage calendars, meetings, and external visitors
- Maintain stock control and complete trauma billing
- Communicate effectively across personnel levels
- Handle multiple, competing work demands
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- 2+ years experience in admin/stock control (trauma unit experience is a plus)
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
- Advantage: Knowledge of hospital systems (iMeds, Impilo, SAP)
- Customer service experience
