Key Output

• Inbound, Picking and Outbound order processing -Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments by verifying deliveries against purchase orders and inspecting for damages or discrepancies

• Material Handling – Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and Reach Trucks, to transport and store goods

• Order Fulfilment Accuracy – Confirm accuracy of inbound and outbound orders, ensuring correct items and quantities are picked, processed, and delivered to the Workshop

• System Accuracy & Scanning – Utilize the EWM system to scan and verify all items to maintain accurate inventory and order records

• Job Consolidation & Verification – Use CRM, SAP, and EWM systems to consolidate jobs and verify order completeness before dispatch

• Planning Schedule Maintenance – Maintain and update planning schedules through the designated planning database system to support operations workflow

• Stock Control & Inventory Accuracy – Perform accurate binning of parts, support regular stock counts, and update records in the EWM system using RF devices

• Safety & Housekeeping Compliance – Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment, adhering to 6S and all safety procedures

• Compliance with Instructions – Follow all lawful and reasonable instructions from supervisors or management to fulfil daily duties

• Reporting & Escalation – Report and recording of issues hindering operations, inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor and though PCB boards

Qualification, Experience and Competencies:

• Grade 12 and tertiary qualification will be an advantage.

• Warehouse experience or in a similar role

• SAP-R3 and EWM knowledge and experience (Advantageous)

• Reach Truck and Forklift license required

• Experience with scanners – RF devices

• Basic Computer literacy (Excel, Word and Outlook)

• CRM knowledge and experience (Advantageous)

• Good communication skills

• Exposure to a remanufacturing environment will be an added advantage
