Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support the Legal team by managing and processing legal documents and correspondence efficiently.
The role includes timeously accepting, logging, and forwarding legal processes served by the Sheriff, attorneys, or general public at our Simmonds Street locations. You will also be expected to respond to queries from Legal Heads and Managers, and assist in managing legal projects and compiling reports as instructed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, log, and forward legal documents served at No 3, No 5, and No 6 Simmonds Street.
- Respond promptly to legal queries from internal stakeholders.
- Assist with legal project coordination as required.
- Compile, collate, and submit legal reports or documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent secondary education.
Experience Required:
- Field: Administration
- Duration: More than 10 years
