Salary & Benefits
- Salary: R163,680 – R192,810 per annum (Level 03)

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Ability to read and write (ABET Level 2 / Grade 5 equivalent)
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of road construction and maintenance
- Skills:
- Verbal and written communication
- Reliability and ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork and cooperation
No advanced qualifications are required, but candidates must be physically fit and committed.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist road specialists with construction, maintenance, and repair work
- Perform manual labour including paving, resurfacing, and surface preparation
- Maintain road reserves, signage, and markings
- Clean and repair roadways, drainage systems, and related infrastructure
- Carry out general duties as required to support road maintenance projects
