What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients, visitors, doctors, and service providers with professionalism and care.
- Manage front-desk operations, including opening the hospital early in the morning (05:30–05:45).
- Operate the telephone switchboard efficiently and handle enquiries with discretion.
- Capture pre-admission patient information accurately and assist with billing and payments.
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and internal communication across hospital units.
- Maintain accurate records, manage files, and support general administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in a healthcare or clinical environment.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Familiarity with patient administration systems.
- Ability to work shifts, including early mornings.
- Strong customer service orientation and patient-centred mindset.
