Location: National Office – Pretoria
Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum
A performance agreement will be required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of relevant Public Service and Departmental legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Understanding of call centre and office administration procedures
  • Familiarity with document capturing, tracking, storage, and retrieval

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in using presentation equipment
  • Ability to interpret documents accurately
  • Strong organisational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Attend to client queries via email, walk-ins, and other platforms
  • Provide input for customer service reports and satisfaction analysis
  • Perform general clerical and administrative support duties
