Location: National Office – Pretoria
Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum
A performance agreement will be required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of relevant Public Service and Departmental legislation, policies, and procedures
- Understanding of call centre and office administration procedures
- Familiarity with document capturing, tracking, storage, and retrieval
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Proficiency in using presentation equipment
- Ability to interpret documents accurately
- Strong organisational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Attend to client queries via email, walk-ins, and other platforms
- Provide input for customer service reports and satisfaction analysis
- Perform general clerical and administrative support duties
