About the Learnership
Our Household Textile Manufacturing Client is offering an accredited Sewing Learnership (CTFL National Certificate – NQF Level 2) for 2026.
This programme aims to provide accessible skills development and meaningful career opportunities within the Clothing, Textile, Footwear & Leather (CTFL) industry.
Persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You Will Learn
Learners will receive both theoretical and practical training, including:
- Monitoring production processes and applying quality standards
- Understanding CTFL materials, machinery and operations
- Performing sewing and general production tasks
- Pressing and finishing garments
- Workplace health, safety and environmental practices
- Communication skills
- Basic workplace mathematics
- Understanding legislation and productivity requirements

Entry Requirements
- Grade 9 / NQF Level 1 or ABET Level 4
