Position Overview:
Hyundai East Rand is seeking two enthusiastic and driven individuals to join their Sales Trainee Programme. This 3-month initiative, hosted by the Hyundai Sales Academy, is designed to provide hands-on experience, coaching, and mentorship to launch a successful career in automotive sales.
Programme Highlights:
3-month fixed-term training programme
Real-world experience with coaching and mentorship
Potential to advance into permanent sales roles
Key Responsibilities:
Participate actively in the Sales Cadet Programme
Engage with customers and support the sales team
Learn and develop skills related to automotive sales and customer service
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
License: Valid driver’s license
Experience:
- Sales experience (advantageous)
- Degree/Diploma (advantageous)
Passion for the automotive industry
Skills and Attributes:
Strong passion for sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer literacy
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
