Hospitality Trainees (X2)

Minimum Requirements

  • N6 Hospitality Certificate

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Compiling and placing orders
  • Stock taking (food and equipment)
  • Stock keeping and issuing ingredients
  • Nutrition and menu planning
  • Assisting lecturers with class demonstrations
  • Cooking food for crèche
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Generating quotations
  • Assisting with or planning functions
  • Keeping MSDS in kitchen up to date
  • Ensuring kitchen OHS admin is updated
  • Supervising students during functions and restaurant days
